1. Deliver outstanding sales results for the Packaging Machinery and Materials Division within assigned geography. Develop wide and deep end customer and reseller relationships in assigned territory. Provide techno-commercial support to end customers & Resellers on product portfolio. Represent the Company in all market creation activities (includes seminars, sales calls, Road shows and training).
2. Primary Responsibilities:
a) Generate Enquiries,Develop, implement, and manage a Geographical Area business plan to meet or exceed Quarterly / Annual objectives for PMM Division in assigned geography.
b) Assess business conditions in the given geography and vertical markets to implement local go to market strategy.
c) Identify, evaluate and develop relationships if needed in specific segments or geographies / accounts
d) Provide technical & commercial support to End Customers
e) Develop / execute customer segment / product category specific marketing activities
f) Work closely with other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business.
g) Key Account Management within territory
h) Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Candidate profile
Frontline Sales Experience in Packaging or related Industry
Experience of working in given geography desired though not essential
Daily Local Visits minimum 4-6 customers required(5Days/week)
Monthly Regional Visits Minimum 6 days Required.(All Related Expences will be provided by Eminent-Extra)
Able to adopt and implement Technical knowledge as provided by company
Frequent travel in the assigned territory is expected.
